Approved Builders

The builders listed below have been carefully selected and approved by the South Island Plantation Board. Each has undergone a rigorous review process that includes evaluation of reputation, financial stability, construction quality, and home warranty programs. To maintain consistent standards and protect the long-term value of the community, the approved builder list is currently closed, and no additional builders are being added.

Exception: A builder who owned a lot or lots within South Island Plantation before July 2025 may build on that specific lot. However, builders who are not on the approved list should not purchase additional lots unless they fully understand that construction on those lots must be completed by one of the approved builders listed below.

Please note that there are three additional approved builders not shown at this time. These builders are temporarily not accepting new projects, and the list will be updated once they resume taking on new builds.
